Full day practicum to learn the secrets of ancient Mantra Yoga science. Get the feel of how and why mantras work, how to invoke them and benefit from them in a modern life, with Max.
During this highly practical intensive you will learn what Mantra is and what it is not.

We will talk about how the practice was done for ages in Vedic and Tantric Traditions and what we can use nowadays.

We will try different techniques of Mantra Yoga and see in depth what is happening inside our body and mind during practice. Will learn how to fine-tune our subtle body for better results.

You will find out why Mantra is such an effective Karmic tool and how to use it to adjust your future, be it just simple mundane things (like quitting smoking or getting lucky) or high spiritual goals. How Mantra can help us break up deep-seated mental and emotional patterns, conditioning and traumas.

We will see why Tantric Bija Mantras (single syllable, "seed" in Sanskrit) are so effective and how to work with them. We will do some practice with Bijas to purify and activate our energy centers.

You will get tips on how to connect effectively and include Mantra Yoga in your regular practice, be it Hatha Yoga, Meditation or even simple gymnastics or any other form of body / mind work.

Finally we will learn how to work with aspects and different energies of the Divine, connecting to it through the power of Mantra.

Exploring Prana and Marmas
one-day intensive to understand and feel the subtle body while discovering and working with marma points, with Nadia on Sunday, 18.02.2018
In this Intensive we will explore Prana, the first sub-dosha of Vata according to Ayurveda.

Through the art of Marma, Yoga meets Ayurveda and creates a beautiful synergy for health and balance.

Through our Marma points we can develop more awareness of our own bodies, Sthula Sarira (gross body), Suksma Sarira (subtle body) and Karana Sarira (causal body). During the exploration of our Yogic-Ayurvedic Anatomy we will understand the link between each Marma point and each body-function, Mahabhuta (elements of nature) and Dosha (Vata-Pitta-Kapha) in an holistic perspective according to Ayurveda. We will use different techniques to approach our Marmas: movement, breathing, meditation, chanting and sharing our own direct perception. A combination of theory and practice will lead us to a deep understanding of our own body and its strong relationship with Nature.

"OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE" and its benefits
Theory and Practice - One day Intensive with Egle on Sun., 28.01.2018 & 04.03.2018
Imagine how would you experience this Reality if your perception is not limited to simply physical senses? "Out of Body Experience" (OBE) brings profound cognition of this reality and its different dimensions.

OBE is neither a modern trend nor a practice accessible only to the "gifted" ones. It is as an ancient spiritual practice as any other we've inherited from worldwide spiritual traditions and is a natural outcome of Meditation, Yoga Nidra or Buddhist Practice of Conscious Dying. OBE is easy enough to achieve, once the process is understood. OBE has an extra advantage - it can be practiced during sleep, which means that 1/3 of your life can be used and become conscious and fulfilled.

During this Intensive we will gain the understanding of what OBE is, why and how it happens and clear it from any inaccuracies and fears; talk about the link between OBE and the process of dying. We will learn about different techniques to achieve OBE. It will be shown, how OBE can be integrated into one's spiritual path and what benefits does it bring along.

Techniques of this one-day-intensive can not to be regarded as a therapeutic tool. They are meant only to give an idea of OBE in order to enrich one's life and/or spiritual practice.

Intensive Program:
- Theoretical part until lunch:
• What is Out-of-body experience (further: OBE)
• What is the process of OBE
• OBE versus lucid dreaming & astral projection
• OBE & Yoga Nidra
• OBE & conscious death process
• OBE as a spiritual path
• Scientific research on OBE
• Brainwaves and different states of consciousness
• OBE's importance in Integral Yoga
• Other benefits of OBE
- Practical part after lunch:
• Various OBE and inner exploration techniques
• Q & A

Materials will be provided for download for home practice.
Please bring with you: small pillow, thin blanket & sleep mask.
